A little heads-up from the Flap! workshop — I'm taking a six-week break!
The shop will remain open while I'm away, but orders placed during this time will be held and posted when I return at the end of September. Nothing will be dispatched during August and September.
I'm looking forward to a proper break, a bit of adventuring, and returning to the workshop refreshed and ready to make more birds!

Kaka! Kraaak! Their calls, like their name, are loud, staccato and unmistakable. Flocks of boisterous kākā gather early morning and late evening to socialise – their amusing antics and raucous voice led Māori to refer to them as chattering and gossiping. Pull the cord and let a burst of red flash out in your house!
